Those who shy away from the contradictions of the current political system in the Philippines, I dare you to remain in your comfort zones once this very system is shattered. When we raise the flags of the oppressed and tear down the one belonging to the oppressor, you must not watch for your eyes was kept shut while we were shedding blood, tears, lives. We are not your enemies, yet you treat us with great disdain, fearing the very idea of being attached with us. More than our demonized image, this reflects how skewed your views are and how you seem to leap into conclusions without critical analysis of things. We are not to blame. We are those who push for change, an idea so bitter to your thoughts yet you rant and rant about this society yet you always press the idea that you have no choice. We all have choices, if only you are brave enough to fight for them.
